The swimming pool measures 5 meters by 10. The depth varies from about 1 meter to 3.40 meters and is always open from May 15th to September 30th.
The villa is located within a private property of 6.5 hectares surrounded by fields, woods and vineyards.
Around the villa there is a private park of about 4000 square meters completely surrounded by ancient defensive walls.
